Return window

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Items should be returned in original condition with all included parts and packaging where possible.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-returnable situations

We may decline returns for products that are damaged after delivery by misuse, are missing major components, or are marked final sale.

Refund timing

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Once approved, refunds are issued through Stripe — our PCI-compliant payment processor — back to your original card. Bank posting times vary by provider, typically 3-7 business days.

Damaged, wrong, or unavailable items

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the product purchased, contact support as soon as possible so we can review and resolve it.
